It is a one-storey building with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The ground floor features an open-plan space for the kitchen, dining area and living room, adjoined to it are a bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, the first with a double bed and its own bathroom, the second with two single beds and private bathroom and the third with a single bed.

All rooms are air-conditioned and have direct access to large balconies with a sea view.

The living room has a 32 inch TV, DVD and CD player, radio, WiFi internet connection, a laptop and a small library. Villa a is fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dish-washer, coffee-maker, toaster, juicer and boiler. It also has washing machine, clothes iron, safe box, hairdryer, first aid kit, baby cot and seat.

The outdoor areas of the villa is composed by a private 40 sq. m. swimming pool with sunbeds, private garden, private parking space, fully equipped barbecue, mini-golf, swings.
